Bill was called to the Bar in 1987, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. He has practiced law as a sole practitioner in Huntsville since 1990.

Bill has had a broad exposure to transactions of both a commercial and residential nature. His experience includes commercial and real estate transactions. He has experience assisting clients in both land development and land use planning and has helped his clients negotiate and structure share and asset business transactions.  His clients include both individuals and small business corporations.
